How did you choose your son's name?
I always loved the name since I was young, and I named our family dog Freddie, who died the same year I was pregnant. Freddie has always been my favourite boy’s name so was a no brainer.
What does your typical day with him look like?
We wake up around 7am and generally play and chat in bed and then feed our cat Digger. I have my amazing au pair Kate who lives with us and one of us do the nursery run. He goes to nursery four mornings a week and then afternoons he is at home or at playdates, swimming lessons or cycling in the park next to our home. I work from home as much as I can to make sure that I see him in and out the day. I stop working around 6pm then make sure I spend a good 1-2 hours with him before he goes to bed. I cherish the hours I have with him in between work and him going to his father’s house every other weekend. Since I only have him two weekends a month I try to make our weekends as busy and special as possible. I always try and fit in an activity and visit a friend who has a child, or go somewhere such as Wisley or Kew Gardens or a soft play.
